In our Customizer Studio, you can switch between Standard Sizing (XS to 2XL) and Custom Sizing Mode. When in Custom Mode, enter your exact chest, shoulder, length, and sleeve measurements in either inches or centimeters. Our master tailors draft a pattern specifically for your frame.
We offer Complimentary Nationwide Delivery across Pakistan on all orders over Rs. 2,500. For orders below Rs. 2,500, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies. Ready-to-wear pieces dispatch within 24-48 hours. Custom shirts require 3-5 crafting days before courier dispatch.
Ready-to-wear pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided tags remain intact. For custom pieces, if your received garment deviates by more than 0.75 inches from your submitted specifications, our workshop alters or replaces the piece complimentary.
To preserve the heavy drape and prevent shrinkage:
- Machine wash cold (30°C or below) inside-out with like colors.
- Use mild liquid detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh fabric softeners.
- Do not tumble dry. Reshape while damp and hang dry in the shade.
- Iron inside out on medium heat; avoid direct contact with printed artwork.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide across all major cities and towns in Pakistan, as well as Direct Bank Transfer (IBFT) and credit/debit card checkout.
